Qualifications

Degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
2-3 years of administrative or procurement-related experience.
Hands-on experience with SAP systems and procurement workflows.
Familiarity with finance and procurement procedures will be advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Strong documentation, organisation, and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Procurement & Financial Coordination: manage day-to-day procurement administrative activities for goods and services.
Tracking & Process Management: monitor procurement requests, Goods Receipt (GR) processes, and status.
Planning & Budget Support: assist CIO Office in IT planning and budgeting activities.
Stakeholder Coordination: work with IT teams to ensure procurement requirements are met.
Operational & Administrative Support: assist seminars, workshops, and internal initiatives.
