RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore seeks a seasoned Digital & IT leader to oversee budgeting and executive support for APAC. You will manage CAPEX and OPEX reporting and coordinate with BU CIOs and tower leads to align with financial forecasts.

Additionally, you will act as secretary to the CDIO, organizing schedules, meetings, and internal events such as Townhalls to ensure smooth execution and stakeholder engagement.

Qualifications

• Budgeting and financial reporting understanding desirable.

Responsibilities

• Management of Digital & IT Budget and Actuals across CAPEX and OPEX.
• Executive support for Head of APAC Digital & IT; act as secretary to the CDIO, managing schedules and meetings; coordinate internal events like Townhalls.
