Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a Procurement Associate (IT) in Singapore to manage end-to-end technology procurement. You will source, negotiate, and manage suppliers to ensure best value, quality, and on-time delivery of IT hardware, software, infrastructure, and related services.

You will build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors, coordinate logistics, and collaborate with Finance on invoices.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of procurement experience with a focus on technology procurement (hardware, software, infra).
• Experience sourcing, negotiating, and managing IT suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement process from requisitions to purchase orders.
• Source, negotiate and manage suppliers to achieve best value, quality and delivery timelines.
• Procure IT hardware, software, infrastructure, and tech-related services.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
• Coordinate delivery logistics for technology equipment and hardware shipments.
• Ensure procurement activities comply with policies and regulatory requirements.
• Work with Finance to resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payments.
• Support regional procurement projects and APAC reporting.
• Assist the Procurement Manager with strategic sourcing initiatives and ad hoc projects.
