Qualifications

• Service-oriented, meticulous and resourceful.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
• Able to coordinate multiple tasks and timelines, and maintain proper documentation and records.
• Comfortable working with data, trackers and basic analysis to support reporting and process improvement.
• Procurement experience is preferred, but strong aptitude and willingness to learn are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Support and advise stakeholders on procurement approaches and requirements, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders and suppliers to facilitate sourcing outcomes (quotations, tenders, clarifications).
• Review work processes and recommend improvements to templates, trackers and SOPs.
• Coordinate procurement documents and records for completeness and proper record-keeping.
• Support procurement processes from sourcing to award, including evaluations and internal clearances.
• Contribute to policy/process reviews, knowledge management and business continuity activities.
