Job summary

You will work closely with laboratory staff, assist with process improvements, and participate in on-call responsibilities. The position emphasizes collaboration, accuracy, and timely execution within a team setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent with relevant vocational qualification.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be considered.
• 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Perform sample and standard tasks (receipt, login, labeling, inventory, transport, check-out) and support lab operations.
• Communicate sample status to lab staff.
• Guide and advise lab staff on sample procedures.
• Complete investigation and deviation forms and determine CAPAs.
• Review lab requests for SOP compliance.
• Train on SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and storage requirements; respond to environmental alarms; participate in on-call responsibilities.
• Perform assignments accurately, timely, and safely.
