Job summary

V-SWIFT PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Salesforce Technical Lead to own the technical architecture of the CRM 2.0 solution on Salesforce Government Cloud, Singapore.

You will design integrations with internal and external systems and develop a demo showcasing AI features aligned to the agency requirements. Ideal candidates will have 8+ years of experience, hands-on Salesforce Service Cloud delivery, and strong skill in architecture, estimation, and public-sector governance frameworks.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce implementation across Service Cloud environments.
• Experience with Government Cloud governance and data residency requirements.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via APIs, MQ, and sFTP.
• Familiarity with AI/LLM-enabled CRM features and public-sector governance.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical architecture for the CRM 2.0 solution on Salesforce Government Cloud in Singapore.
• Lead effort estimation, costing, and project timelines for client ballpark and Q submission.
• Design and build a demo highlighting AI features (summarization, triage, draft replies, WhatsApp intake).
• Translate client requirements into Salesforce configuration and development specs.
• Ensure design satisfies IM8 compliance and data residency constraints.
• Act as primary technical contact for DXC stakeholders on architecture and delivery.
• Collaborate with presales/BD and delivery teams to align scope before quoting.
