Job summary

Mav3rik seeks a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead enterprise-scale, cloud-based solutions with a focus on Salesforce Service Cloud in Singapore. You will translate business needs into scalable, secure designs and guide end-to-end system and integration work.

This onsite role requires strong architectural leadership and hands-on expertise. Relocation assistance is provided for the right candidate, with a focus on delivering high-performance, compliant cloud solutions within the enterprise

Qualifications

Degree or Diploma in any discipline.
Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Solution/System Architect with strong SDLC delivery.
Strong ability to evaluate technologies aligned with enterprise architecture, cloud adoption, and legacy modernization strategies.
Hands-on experience in .NET and/or J2EE development, with strong SQL and data modelling skills.
Solid understanding of server-side development, SOA, web services, and public-facing applications or e-services.
Hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud / PSS, including case management, workflows, and related implementations.
Strong expertise in Salesforce OmniStudio, Apex, and Platform API development.
Experience designing and implementing Service Cloud solutions and integrations, including use of REST/SOAP APIs and middleware platforms (advantage).
Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into clear, structured technical specifications and solution designs.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to think creatively and propose innovative solutions.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end system architecture and ensure detailed designs and implementations align with the Customer’s Enterprise Architecture and technology standards.
Translate complex business and non-functional requirements (including resiliency, scalability, security, and integration needs) into clear, actionable technical and architectural specifications.
Design, document, and govern architecture blueprints across business, application, data, and ICT domains using appropriate architectural frameworks and models.
Propose, evaluate, and recommend products, platforms, and solutions aligned with the Agency’s Enterprise Architecture, cloud strategy, SG Tech Stack, and legacy modernization initiatives.
Lead solution design for enterprise and cloud-based systems, including Salesforce platforms and third-party / cross-platform integrations.
Review system designs, source code, and technical solutions throughout the software development lifecycle to ensure quality, performance, security, and compliance with standards.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, developers, and vendors to break down complex business requirements into detailed technical designs and implementation plans.
