Job summary

NCS Pte Ltd is seeking an experienced Salesforce Functional Consultant to drive the functional design and successful delivery of Salesforce solutions. You will work with business stakeholders, product owners, architects, and development teams to ensure implementations align with business objectives and best practices.

Responsibilities include leading workshops, analyzing processes, translating requirements into user stories, designing solutions, and mentoring junior team members.

Qualifications

• 6–10+ years of IT consulting experience.
• 5–8+ years of Salesforce implementation experience.
• Experience leading end-to-end Salesforce implementation projects.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and senior business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead requirement gathering workshops with business stakeholders.
• Analyze current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Translate business requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions using standard platform capabilities.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads on solution design.
• Configure and develop solutions within PSS (Public Sector Solutions) with hands‑on expertise.
• Lead functional consultants and mentor junior team members.
• Manage sprint planning, backlog grooming, and requirement prioritization.
• Support system integration, data migration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Ensure solution quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication and provide project status updates.
• Drive user adoption through training and change management activities.
• Support production deployments and post-go-live stabilization.
