Tech Aalto is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to lead end-to-end solutions with Salesforce at the core. You will shape architecture, govern standards, and guide cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure solutions.

The role blends hands-on technical leadership with stakeholder advisory, governance, and coaching of team leads. Salesforce expertise across integrations and data is essential.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in enterprise software delivery with 8+ years in Salesforce projects.
• Salesforce Architect certifications (e.g. System Architect, Application Architect).
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform architecture: multi-cloud, security & sharing, data modelling, Apex/LWC, performance.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end Salesforce architecture across clouds and adjacent systems.
• Define governance, coding standards, and change decision authority.
• Lead workshops to translate requirements into architectural designs and specs.
• Oversee release strategy, CI/CD, and environment management.
