Qualifications

• 12-15 years of IT experience with Salesforce architecture experience.
• Hands-on Salesforce implementation project experience.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration: Profiles, Permissions, Roles, Flows, Page Layouts, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, Triggers.

Responsibilities

• Participate in full project lifecycle: analysis, design, architecture, planning.
• Define and oversee overall Salesforce architecture.

Role Overview

The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, developers, and business stakeholders to define scalable and secure technical solutions, provide architectural guidance, and resolve complex technical challenges throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Participate in the full project lifecycle, including technical analysis, solution design, architecture, technology selection, and implementation planning.


• Define and oversee the overall technical architecture of Salesforce solutions and related applications.


• Design scalable, secure, high-performing, and maintainable systems.


• Lead the architecture and development of core platform functions and common modules.


• Monitor and optimise system performance, stability, scalability, and reliability.


• Identify and resolve complex technical issues and provide effective architectural solutions.


• Lead and provide technical guidance to development teams throughout design, development, testing, and deployment.


• Establish and maintain technical design, development, and implementation standards.


• Evaluate technical risks and work closely with project management teams to support key technical decisions.


• Design and oversee integrations between Salesforce and third-party applications, APIs, and enterprise systems.


• Produce and maintain relevant technical architecture and design documentation.

Requirements

• 12-15 years of relevant IT experience, with strong hands-on experience as a Salesforce Architect / Solution Architect on Salesforce implementation projects.

• Strong hands-on development experience with Apex, including Apex Classes and Apex Triggers.


• Experience with Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).


• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and relevant front-end frameworks.


• Experience with Salesforce integrations and third-party APIs.


• Knowledge of ASP.NET MVC / Web API and experience integrating enterprise applications is advantageous.


• Familiarity with Git and other version control tools.


• Strong understanding of software architecture principles, design patterns, development practices, distributed systems, and performance optimisation.


• Experience designing Salesforce solutions and integrating Salesforce with surrounding enterprise platforms and applications.


• Strong problem-solving, technical leadership, and communication skills.


• Ability to provide technical direction and mentorship to software development teams.

Preferred Experience

• Experience leading Salesforce implementation projects from architecture and design through development and deployment.


• Strong understanding of Salesforce ecosystem and integration architecture.


• Experience working with complex enterprise environments and multiple integrated systems.


• Proven ability to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions.
