Job summary

Xendit is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to own the GTM platform and drive CI in a fast-growing RevOps environment. You’ll configure declarative solutions, run sprint-based improvements with the CRM Transformation Lead, and partner with Engineers to ensure healthy, scalable systems.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years as Salesforce Administrator or similar role.
• Hands-on declarative Salesforce configuration: Flow, validation rules, permission sets, sharing rules, page layouts, reports, dashboards.
• Experience running sprint-based delivery: backlog grooming, sprint planning, retros.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to write specs engineers can build.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with 3rd party platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement sprints: manage CI backlog and sprint cadence with the CRM Transformation Lead.
• Configure basic Salesforce: Flow automation, validation rules, permission sets, layouts, reports and dashboards.
• Maintain Salesforce integrated tools (DealOps, Gong.io, DocuSign, Spotdraft) and coordinate with 3rd party vendors.
• Triage enhancement requests; write specs for engineering when needed.
• Maintain platform health: data quality, user access, adoption across Salesforce and integrations.
• Collaborate with Salesforce Engineers; ensure unblocked CI and smooth handoffs.
• Support project delivery with configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Maintain documentation and governance of configurations and decisions.
