Job summary

FPT Asia Pacific is seeking a Salesforce DevOps Engineer to own full lifecycle from design to deployment and ongoing support. You will work across Salesforce modules (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, CPQ) and integrations with MuleSoft/Heroku, driving automated builds, testing, and observability.

You will lead DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and governance while collaborating with operations teams to ensure reliability and performance across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development and CloudSense implementation.
• Salesforce and CloudSense certifications are highly preferred.
• Certification in DevOps (Salesforce DevOps Center, Copado, or CI/CD tooling) is a plus.
• ITIL Foundation or equivalent knowledge of IT service management is an advantage.
• Experience with Agile tools like JIRA, Confluence, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Lead CI/CD pipelines and release governance for Salesforce deployments.
• Ensure observability with logging, metrics, and alerts.
• Collaborate with IT operations and service management to meet SLAs.
• Provide post-deployment support and root-cause analysis.
