Job summary

Xendit is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to own the GTM platform, manage CI sprints, and coordinate between Sales, Finance, and Tech teams. You’ll implement declarative configurations and maintain health across Salesforce and connected tools.

You will work with a small RevOps team, lead sprint planning, and ensure changes ship smoothly with UAT and clear documentation. This role focuses on reliability, data quality, and scalable processes.

Qualifications

• Hands-on proficiency with declarative Salesforce configuration including Flow Builder and validation rules.
• Experience driving sprint-based delivery with backlog grooming and planning.
• Clear written and verbal communication for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to prioritise in a small, ambiguity-tolerant team.

Responsibilities

• Lead Continuous Improvement sprints with a groomed backlog and predictable cadence.
• Configure Flow Builder automation, validation rules, permission sets, layouts, reports.
• Manage Salesforce-integrated tools (DealOps, Gong.io, DocuSign, Spotdraft) post-implementation.
• Triage enhancement requests and write clear specs for engineers.
• Maintain platform health: data quality, user access, and adoption across integrations.
• Coordinate with Salesforce Engineers; run UAT and ensure smooth handoffs.
• Support project delivery with configuration, testing, and UAT.
• Maintain documentation and governance of configurations and decisions.
