Job summary

BHAVYAM INFOTECH SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Salesforce Architect to own the end-to-end Sales Cloud architecture for Tele-Sales, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and alignment with business objectives.

The role covers CTI integrations, data migration, reporting, automation, and enterprise system connectivity, with leadership across Salesforce components. You will translate requirements into user stories and design reusable Lightning Web Components.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture for Tele-Sales initiatives.

• Lead architecture reviews, governance, and deployment strategy following best practices.

Job description

Defining and own the end-to-end Salesforce Sales Cloud architecture for Tele-Sales solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and alignment with business objectives

Designing and govern CTI integrations with telephony platforms, including click-to-dial, screen pop, call recording, omnichannel interactions, and agent desktop capabilities

Providing architectural leadership across Salesforce Sales Cloud, integrations, data migration, reporting, automation, and enterprise system connectivity.

Leading end-to-end business analysis for Salesforce Sales Cloud Tele-Sales initiatives, including gathering, documenting, and managing business, functional, and non-functional requirements.

Must have experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, CTI Integration, Tele-Sales Processes, Agile Delivery

Supporting UAT, change management, and deployment activities while ensuring business objectives and adoption targets are achieved.

Driving requirements related to CTI integration, click-to-dial, screen pop, call logging, agent productivity, and telephony-enabled sales processes.

Translate business requirements into user stories, process flows, functional specifications, acceptance criteria, and solution documentation

Designing and implementing custom Salesforce solutions aligning with business requirements and best practices.

Integrating Salesforce with external financial systems using APIs and

middleware solutions.

Responsible for Salesforce Sales Cloud, CTI Integration, Salesforce Architecture, Enterprise Integration

Leading architecture reviews, technical governance, solution estimation, risk management, and deployment strategy while ensuring adherence to Salesforce and industry best practices.

Managing client and internal stakeholder relationships by facilitating communication, gathering requirements, and providing strategic insights.

Designing reusable Lightning Web Components strengthening application scalability, maintainability, responsiveness and enterprise user experiences.

Collaborating with business stakeholders translating evolving requirements into scalable Salesforce technology solutions supporting enterprise transformation.
