Job summary

Xendit Inc. is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Administrator to own the GTM platform, lead CI sprints, and handle declarative configuration. You will configure Flow, rules, layouts, and reports, while maintaining data quality across Salesforce and integrated tools such as DealOps and DocuSign.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator or similar hands-on platform administrator role.
• Hands-on proficiency with declarative Salesforce configuration — Flow Builder, validation rules, permission sets and sharing rules, page layouts, reports and dashboards.

Responsibilities

• Lead CI sprints: manage the CI backlog and sprint cadence with the CRM Transformation Lead.
• Perform basic Salesforce configuration: Flow automation, validation rules, page layouts, reports and dashboards.
• Maintain health across Salesforce and integrated tools; monitor data quality and user access.
• Coordinate with Engineers on changes needing build work and run UAT with stakeholders.
