Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. in Singapore seeks an IT Project Manager to oversee the planning, coordination and execution of a Proof of Concept to evaluate Salesforce as a CRM for case management and customer service operations.

You will develop detailed project plans, align stakeholders and vendors, monitor risks and deliver timely results within the project window, and document governance, findings and recommendations for a future CRM rollout.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in IT, CS, or related field.
• Experience in IT project management and tech evaluation projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Familiarity with CRM implementations, Salesforce preferred.
• Knowledge of AI-enabled applications evaluation is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate resources, stakeholder participation and evaluation activities.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation.
• Facilitate meetings, track actions and provide progress updates.
• Oversee governance, evaluation approach and reporting mechanisms.
• Prepare final POC assessment and recommendations.
