Qualifikationen

• Degree or diploma in IT, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• Relevant experience in IT project management, system implementation or digital transformation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, business stakeholders and external vendors.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies, project planning, risk management and stakeholder reporting.
• Experience managing CRM or SaaS implementation projects.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other enterprise CRM/workflow platforms.
• Understanding of AI-enabled business applications and their evaluation would be beneficial.
• Strong communication, organizational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver outcomes within tight timelines.
• Experience delivering CRM or AI-enabled projects with references would be advantageous.

Aufgaben

• Develop and maintain the POC project plan, timeline, milestones and deliverables.
• Coordinate project activities, resources and stakeholder participation to maximise the number of user journeys evaluated within the available timeframe.
• Monitor project progress, identify delivery risks and issues, and implement mitigation measures.
• Facilitate project meetings, track actions and provide regular progress updates to stakeholders.
• Establish governance, evaluation approach, success criteria and reporting mechanisms for the POC.
• Oversee end-to-end evaluation of case processing, including high-volume journeys, escalation scenarios and operational reporting.
• Prepare the final POC assessment and recommendations to support platform decisions.
• Ensure project artefacts and documentation are maintained for reference and potential implementation.
• Facilitate knowledge transfer and mentoring between project personnel and officers.
