Job summary

jobster private ltd. seeks an IT Project Manager to lead the Proof of Concept for ServiceNow CRM evaluation. You will coordinate CXD/ISTD stakeholders, manage the POC plan, milestones and deliverables, and oversee governance and risk management throughout the evaluation.

You will drive demonstrations, testing, and knowledge transfer, ensuring comprehensive documentation and final recommendations for potential implementation.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in IT, CS, BIS, PM or related discipline.
• Experience in IT project management, system implementation or technology evaluation.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.
• Familiarity with PM methodologies, planning, risk management and reporting.
• Experience managing CRM, case management or SaaS implementation projects.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow or other enterprise CRM/workflow platforms.
• Understanding of AI-enabled business applications and their evaluation.
• Strong communication, organisational, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver within tight timelines.
• Experience in knowledge transfer, mentoring and training coordination.

Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Delivery Management for the POC.
• Coordinate activities to maximise evaluated user journeys within timeframe.
• Monitor progress and mitigate risks and issues.
• Facilitate meetings and provide regular progress updates.
• Stakeholder and vendor management across CXD, ISTD and business users.
• Coordinate demonstrations, testing activities and review sessions.
• Oversee governance, evaluation approach and reporting mechanisms.
• Evaluate end-to-end case processing, including high-volume journeys and escalation scenarios.
• Assess AI-enabled capabilities like logging, triaging, routing, detection and analytics.
• Prepare final POC assessment and recommendations.
• Maintain project plans, risk registers and meeting minutes.
• Oversee final POC report and artefact documentation.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and transfer to MOM officers.
