Job summary

JOBSTER PRIVATE LTD. is seeking a Salesforce specialist to configure modules, establish end-to-end case management workflows, and implement automation to streamline processes. The role covers AI-assisted capabilities evaluation and validation to support POC testing.

You will document configurations and dependencies and collaborate with business analysts to ensure system readiness. The position emphasizes knowledge transfer, technical validation, and ensuring scalable, secure configurations

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in application development, low-code development, workflow automation, system configuration or enterprise platform implementation.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce development or configuration.
• Familiarity with Salesforce capabilities such as case management, workflow automation, business rules, forms, approvals, access controls and reporting.
• Experience configuring end-to-end business processes and automated workflows based on functional requirements.
• Familiarity with Salesforce Flow, Lightning App Builder, Apex or related Salesforce development tools would be advantageous.
• Familiarity with AI-enabled platform features, intelligent automation, case summarisation, classification or routing would be advantageous.
• Experience in system testing, troubleshooting, defect resolution and technical documentation.
• Understanding of system integration, data flows, role-based access control and enterprise application security would be beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Configure Salesforce modules, objects, fields, forms, validation rules and workflows.
• Develop end-to-end case management workflows from creation to closure.
• Configure role-based access, assignments, approvals and collaboration workflows.
• Implement workflow automation to improve case handling efficiency.
• Translate business requirements into technical configurations and solutions.
• Configure and validate Salesforce AI-assisted capabilities and integrations.
• Document configuration dependencies, limitations and integration requirements.
• Develop technical test cases and validate platform functionality.
• Support knowledge transfer and operational readiness for internal teams.
