You will lead cross-functional teams, manage vendors, and establish governance, evaluation criteria and reporting. Experience in CRM/SaaS projects and AI-enabled evaluation is preferred, with strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in IT, CS, BIS, PM or related field.
• Experience in IT project management, system implementation, digital transformation or technology evaluation projects.
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technical personnel and external vendors.
• Familiarity with project planning, risk management, issue tracking, stakeholder reporting and project governance.
• Experience delivering CRM or SaaS implementation projects, ideally Salesforce.
• Strong communication, organisational and analytical skills.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, milestones and deliverables for the POC.
• Coordinate project resources, stakeholders and evaluation activities to maximise user journeys within timeframe.
• Monitor progress, identify risks and implement mitigation measures.
• Facilitate project meetings, track actions and provide regular progress updates.
• Manage vendor and stakeholder relationships and timely decisions.
• Oversee governance, evaluation criteria and final POC recommendations.
