Job summary

Accenture Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst to apply Salesforce capabilities and guide implementations, analyze processes and design data-driven solutions. You will assess current state, capture requirements, and define future state in collaboration with stakeholders.

With at least 3 years in Agile environments and certifications in Salesforce, Scrum, and related frameworks, you will bridge business needs and technology, delivering scalable systems and value across clients.

Qualifications

• 3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects.
• Must be Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101).

Business Analyst Role

The Business Analyst shall apply knowledge of Salesforce capabilities and limitations to guide implementations of the system. Analyze an organization and design its processes and systems, assessing the business model and its integration with technology. Assess current state, identify customer requirements, and define the future state and/or business solution. Research, gather and synthesize information.

Requirements

3 years experience as a Business Analyst, Scrum Master, Product Owner or equivalent in Agile projects. Must be Salesforce Certified Business Analyst and have passed/obtained the following Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Exam (CRT101). Certified Scrum Product Owner or Certified Scrum Master or equivalent.
