As a Senior IT Business Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough analysis of business requirements for Salesforce projects
• Working with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions that align with the company's objectives
• Leading discussions and workshops with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet their needs
• Proposing process improvements and increased efficiency through the use of Salesforce systems
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, sales, and other relevant departments
• Providing training and support to end-users on Salesforce processes and systems
• Analyzing data and providing valuable insights to support decision-making
