Job summary

The successful candidate will drive sales activities, manage client communications, and prepare reports for top management, ensuring brand visibility across malls, supermarkets, and other points of sale.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business/marketing or related field.
• Proven work experience in marketing and achieving set targets.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead and motivate a sales team and implement retention measures.
• Strong selling skills, ability to close deals and manage post-purchase processes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
• Assist the line manager to recruit, train, and retain a competent sales team.
• Provide reports to top management such as sales reports, lead generation reports, customer complaints reports, and new customers onboarded reports.
• Prepare sales presentations and other sales tools.
• Maintain client communication and provide feedback to management.
• Initiate sales activities, strategies, and plans to build brand visibility.
• Represent the organization at trade shows and other marketing events.
• Evaluate the performance of the sales team and seek ways to improve.
