Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• 2–3 years of sales experience, including supervisory or assistant management roles.
• Proven track record in wholesale sales and sales management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills demonstrated through guiding sales teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in customer and team interactions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail in managing sales operations.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager in developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
• Lead by example by achieving personal sales targets and coaching team members to meet their goals.
• Monitor sales metrics and analyze performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and inform decision-making.
• Manage customer accounts receivable and collections to maintain healthy cash flow.
• Prepare and report sales activities and forecast plans to the Sales Director for strategic alignment.
• Address customer complaints promptly and resolve issues to ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure the sales team consistently adheres to company standards.
