Job summary

ZAMAS EATERY PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Supervisor to coordinate day-to-day activities of the sales team and ensure targets are met.

The role requires collaboration with store management to communicate changing customer needs and to design products that meet demand. The ideal candidate will have a business-related degree, proven sales experience, excellent communication, leadership, and the ability to close deals while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience leading a sales team to meet targets.
• Ability to close deals and handle post-purchase follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Supervise activities of the sales team including marketing activities like product activations.
• Assist line manager to recruit, train, enumerate, and retain a competent sales team.
• Provide reports to top management such as sales, lead generation, customer complaints, and new customers onboarded.
• Prepare sales presentations and other sales tools.
• Assist line managers to ensure client communication and maintain contact with clients.
• Initiate sales activities, strategies and plans to build brand visibility.
• Serve as a reference for employees on work ethic and professional conduct.
• Develop and maintain records of prospects, leads, pricing, sales activities and active clients.
• Control marketing expenses to keep within budget.
• Attend trade shows and marketing events to represent the organization.
• Evaluate sales team performance and seek improvements.
• Identify current and future market trends affecting performance.
• Ensure items are displayed correctly in malls, supermarkets and other sales points.
