Qualifications

• Experience in recruitment, talent acquisition or headhunting preferred.
• Experience recruiting salespeople or client-facing professionals advantageous.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Self-driven, able to work independently.
• Organised with proactive candidate follow-ups.
• Results-oriented with recruitment targets.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract suitable candidates for Sales Consultant positions.
• Proactively reach out to potential candidates through recruitment platforms, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Post and manage recruitment advertisements across platforms.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting.
• Assess candidates based on communication, attitude and sales potential.
• Coordinate shortlisted candidates for interviews with management.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain an organised recruitment pipeline and candidate database.
• Track recruitment activity from sourcing to onboarding and retention.
