Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD is seeking a recruiter to develop job descriptions, identify qualifications, and devise effective recruitment strategies with hiring managers in Singapore. You will source and screen candidates through job boards, social media, and referrals, and conduct interviews to assess qualifications and cultural fit.

You will manage business development, stakeholder engagement, and project deliverables, while maintaining candidate relationships and HR records.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor degree required; mentorship will be provided.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Develop job descriptions, identify qualifications, and devise recruitment strategies with hiring managers.
• Source and screen candidates via job boards, social media, and referrals.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
• Execute business development processes, managing stakeholders and proposals.
• Devise strategic planning and manage project deliverables.
• Foster positive candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain HR databases, leave records and employee files.
• Ensure proper documentation and filing procedures.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and HR to manage offers and onboarding.
