The role focuses on sourcing, outreach via recruitment platforms and social networks, screening candidates, coordinating interviews with management, and maintaining an organized candidate database to track

About the role

Platinum Immigration Consultancy is looking for a proactive Recruiter to support the continued growth of our Sales Consultant team. This is a recruitment-focused role for someone who enjoys sourcing people, starting conversations and identifying individuals with strong sales and client-facing potential. Rather than simply filling vacancies, you will help us build a consistent pipeline of suitable candidates who can grow with the company.

Key responsibilities

• Source and attract suitable candidates for Sales Consultant positions
• Proactively reach out to potential candidates through recruitment platforms, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and other channels
• Post and manage recruitment advertisements across appropriate platforms
• Conduct initial candidate screening and shortlisting
• Assess candidates based on communication skills, attitude, sales potential and suitability
• Conduct initial phone or online screening interviews
• Coordinate shortlisted candidates for interviews with management
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process
• Maintain an organised recruitment pipeline and candidate database
• Track recruitment activity, interviews, offers, onboarding and retention

About you

• Prior experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, sales recruitment or headhunting is preferred
• Experience recruiting salespeople, consultants, financial services professionals, property agents or other client-facing roles would be advantageous
• Comfortable with proactive candidate sourcing and outreach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to assess people beyond their CV
• Self-driven and comfortable working independently
• Organised and disciplined with candidate follow-ups
• Results-oriented and motivated by recruitment targets
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and online recruitment platforms is advantageous
