Job summary

Estudio Technologies is seeking a dedicated Sales Support to assist the sales team in delivering excellent customer service and efficient document handling. The role involves managing inquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating orders, and liaising with suppliers and clients to ensure timely delivery of products and services.

The ideal candidate has a minimum Nitec certificate or diploma, strong communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office and CAD drawing.

Qualifications

• Minimum Nitec certificate or diploma qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point)
• Proficient in using CAD Drawing
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to details, strong organisational and multitasking skills with ability to priorities and meet deadlines
• Able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries, quotations, technical proposal, tender submissions, product specifications, contract administration
• Coordinate order fulfilment activities, order processing, document preparation and general communication with clients
• Respond to client's inquiries and provide excellent client service
• Assist to research and map alternative technology products against your requirements
• Understands technical terminology and can communicate with suppliers
• Coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure seamless delivery of product and services
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as required
