TEMP-TEAM PTE LTD is seeking a capable Sales Support professional in Singapore. You will assist the Business Development team with administrative tasks, prepare quotations, and coordinate orders to ensure timely delivery.

You will liaise with customers and internal teams to resolve issues and uphold strong customer relationships. The role requires a Diploma and 1–2 years in sales support or related fields, with proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum Diploma in any discipline.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in sales support, sales coordination or order processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Knowledge of SAP Business One will be an added advantage but is not compulsory.
• Customer-oriented, organised and able to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Aufgaben

• Provide administrative and sales support to the Business Development team.
• Prepare sales quotations and follow up with customers on enquiries and orders.
• Process purchase orders and coordinate order fulfilment.
• Liaise with internal departments and external parties to ensure timely delivery of orders.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and assist in resolving order-related issues.
• Maintain good working relationships with customers.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
