INTUIT RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting on behalf of a Food Manufacturing client for a Sales Support Admin / Sales Coordinator. The role supports the Sales team with quotations, reports, and customer records, and coordinates product launches and stock updates.

You will liaise with internal departments to resolve order and delivery issues, respond to inquiries, and maintain accurate sales documentation. Permanent role in Lentor with transport provided, Monday to Friday, 8am–5:45pm.

Qualifications

• Higher NITEC in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sales Coordination, Sales Administration, Customer Service, or a similar support role.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook)
• Prior experience with ERP systems will be an advantage.
• Able to commence work within short notice is an advantage.

Responsabilités

• Prepare quotations, sales reports, and other sales-related documentation.
• Maintain and update customer records, pricing information, and sales data.
• Coordinate product launches, promotional activities, pricing updates, and customer requests.
• Monitor inventory availability and communicate stock-related updates to internal teams and customers.
• Assist in sales reporting and performance analysis.
• Respond to customer enquiries and coordinate timely resolutions.
• Liaise with internal departments to resolve order, delivery, returns, and operational issues.
• Follow up on customer claims, rebates, and supporting documentation.
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation of sales records.
• Provide general administrative support to the Sales team and perform other duties as assigned.
