Job summary

Randstad Singapore is seeking an experienced professional to drive end-to-end sales order processing, billing, and customer master data management in SAP across Southeast Asia. You will coordinate with regional sales teams and Shanghai supply chain, acting as the primary contact for external clients and distributors to resolve inquiries and delivery issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of customer service, sales operations, or order management experience within an MNC.
• Hands-on proficiency in SAP order management processes and cross-border coordination across ASEAN/Greater China markets.
• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin to liaise with China customs authorities and internal Shanghai team.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for external commercial clients and distributors to manage inquiries, process customer claims, and resolve delivery discrepancies or documentation issues.
• Coordinate outbound shipments, track regional logistics performance, and prepare key trade/shipping documentation (e.g., Form E / Form D, commercial invoices, credit/debit notes).
• Liaise between local sales leadership and the regional headquarters team in Shanghai to align marketing initiatives, track sales performance, and coordinate local events.
