Responsibilities

Handle incoming customer enquiries through email and phone.
Prepare quotations and advise customers on delivery lead times.
Develop product knowledge to provide accurate information.
Coordinate with internal teams on order confirmations, delivery and logistics arrangements.
Maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
Apply appropriate pricing and mark-up guidelines based on customer categories.
Follow up on customer requirements and ensure orders are processed efficiently.
Check customer purchase orders against quotations before handing them over to the Order Processing team.
Provide operational support to relevant business divisions.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
