Job summary

You will handle email and phone inquiries, prepare quotations, advise on delivery lead times, coordinate with internal teams on orders and logistics, and maintain positive relationships with customers. Strong communication and attention to detail are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in handling quotations and customer enquiries.
• Ability to coordinate with internal teams and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with pricing information and sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming customer enquiries through email and phone.
• Prepare quotations and advise customers on delivery lead times.
• Develop product knowledge to provide accurate information.
• Coordinate with internal teams on order confirmations, delivery and logistics arrangements.
• Maintain positive relationships with new and existing customers.
• Apply pricing guidelines based on customer categories.
• Follow up on requirements and ensure orders are processed efficiently.
• Check customer orders against quotations before handing to Order Processing.
• Provide operational support to relevant business divisions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
