Mansioni

• Monitor and manage the team mailbox, prioritising urgent customer enquiries received via email, fax and other communication channels.
• Prepare and issue delivery orders (DOs) and cash invoices accurately and promptly.
• Monitor outstanding enquiries and follow up with third-party vendors on product availability, quotations and order status.
• Review and verify customer purchase orders (POs), ensuring pricing, stock availability, payment terms and shipping conditions are accurate.
• Handle enquiries and quotations for key customers, providing accurate information and ensuring consistent customer service.
• Support team members in managing key customer accounts to maintain service continuity.
• Track weekly and monthly sales performance against established KPIs.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including logistics and procurement, to confirm stock availability and delivery schedules.
• Follow up on overdue customer accounts based on debtor reports and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate sales records and documentation.
• Perform other sales support and administrative duties as assigned.
