Job summary

RECRUIT FAST PTE. LTD. is seeking a Sales Assistant to provide administrative support to the sales and operations teams, aiding in the delivery of excellent customer service throughout the sales cycle.

The role is with a US-based company and involves data entry, order processing, and coordination with internal teams. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sales administration experience, strong communication skills, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year experience in sales administration, preferably in electronics or computer parts industry.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong written and verbal communications skills; positive attitude and good interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform data entry tasks including setting up new customer information into the database.
• Process new sales orders, submit for contract review, and follow-up until submission to Purchasing team.
• Review open orders, obtain order acknowledgements, and liaise with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Obtain pricing/lead-time quotations from suppliers or vendors for required services.
• Track and maintain records of invoices, PODs, CoCs, etc.
• Answer and route incoming calls to the appropriate team member promptly.
