Job summary

JK Technology in Singapore is seeking an energetic Sales Operations Assistant to support daily sales activities and ensure smooth order processing. The role involves handling quotations, purchase orders, delivery orders, sales orders, and invoices, while responding to inquiries via calls and email with practical solutions.

You will collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Logistics, and Marketing to streamline processes and assist in tender reporting.

Qualifications

• Diploma in business or a related field.
• 1-2 years in a similar role.
• Experience with computer hardware, software, or maintenance contracts is a plus.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel.

• Attend regular online/offline product training sessions arranged by vendors to keep to date to latest technology.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Business or a related field.
• Preferably 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Experience with computer hardware, software, or maintenance contracts is a plus.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Excellent at building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal team.
