COMPUTER ANALYSTS AND RECOVERY EXPERTS PTE. LTD. is looking for a reliable Sales Support Executive to back our business customers and handle day-to-day sales activities from our office. The role offers a fixed monthly salary with no sales targets or commissions and includes full product training.

You will prepare quotations, coordinate with vendors, and work with our technical team to tailor solutions. Strong organisation and communication are essential.

Formación

• Experience in sales support, sales coordination or B2B customer service preferred.
• IT product knowledge is not required; training will be provided.
• Organised, detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Good communication skills and a responsible attitude towards follow-ups.
• Diploma or above preferred.
• Singapore Citizens and Permanent Residents only.

Responsabilidades

• Prepare and follow up on customer quotations, proposals, renewals and orders.
• Liaise with vendors and distributors to obtain pricing, product availability and delivery information.
• Coordinate with our technical team on customer requirements and proposed solutions.
• Manage existing customer accounts and respond to enquiries.
• Track outstanding quotations, purchase orders and deliveries to ensure timely completion.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation and sales records.
• Identify potential renewal and upselling opportunities from existing customers.
