DUPREX SINGAPORE PTE LTD is seeking a proactive Sales Support Executive to join the Hygiene Services team in Singapore. You will manage existing customer accounts, handle contract renewals, and prepare quotations while ensuring high customer satisfaction and retention.

The role involves following up on renewals, handling enquiries, and identifying upsell opportunities. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and accurate record-keeping.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in customer service, sales, account management or related roles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain relationships with existing customers.
• Follow up on contract renewals and expiring agreements.
• Handle customer enquiries and service requests.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Follow up on sales leads and potential customers.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and renewal offers.
• Conduct customer follow-ups through calls and emails.
• Maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
