Job summary

Yamari Singapore PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Sales Support Executive to assist our sales team in an office-based setting at Bukit Batok. You will handle order processing, quotations, and client communication while coordinating with internal engineering and sales teams.

This role requires analyzing customer needs and reviewing moderately complex engineering drawings, with travel up to 2 times per year to meet key clients and strengthen relationships.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–2 years in sales support, customer service, or admin roles within a technical environment.
• Strong ability to analyze customer requirements; interprets engineering drawings.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP software; good communication.

Responsibilities

• Prepare quotations, process purchase orders, and coordinate delivery and invoicing with logistics and finance.
• Analyze customer inquiries to identify operational needs; review engineering drawings before routing to production.
• Handle daily client inquiries regarding order status and coordinate visits to key accounts.
• Track stock levels for regular clients and generate routine sales support reports.

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-orientedSales Support Executiveto assist our sales team. In this office-based role, you will handle order processing, quotations, and client communication while collaborating with internal engineering and sales departments.

This position requires analyzing customer needs and reviewing moderately complex engineering drawings. You will also travel up to twice a year to meet key clients in person and strengthen relationships.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Administrative Support:Prepare quotations, process purchase orders, and coordinate delivery and invoicing with logistics and finance.


• Customer Needs Analysis & Technical Coordination:Analyze customer inquiries to identify operational needs. Review and interpret detailed engineering drawings （including complex blueprints and tolerances） before routing them to production, acting as a bridge between clients and engineers.


• Customer Service & Relationship Management:Handle daily client inquiries regarding order status and travel up to twice a year to visit key accounts.


• Inventory & Reporting:Track stock levels for regular clients and generate routine sales support reports.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education:Diploma in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.


• Experience:1 to 2 years in sales support, customer service, or admin roles within a technical/manufacturing environment.


• Technical & Analytical Skills:Strong ability to analyze customer requirements; familiarity with interpreting complex engineering drawings; proficiency in MS Office and CRM/ERP software.


• Soft Skills & Attributes:Strong communication skills, high organization, keen attention to detail, and a strong willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new products and workflows.
