Job summary

Metalcool is seeking a Sales Support Executive in Singapore to manage day-to-day coordination of customer enquiries, quotations and orders, ensuring requirements are followed through and orders are processed accurately.

The role requires a Diploma or equivalent and 2+ years in sales support or B2B. Familiarity with ERP and MS Office is preferred. Prior cutting-tool experience not required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• 2+ years in sales support, sales coordination, customer service or order management (B2B).
• Experience in manufacturing, engineering, industrial products, logistics or distribution preferred.
• Proficient with ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
• Good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer enquiries and RFQs.
• Prepare quotations for standard and repeat requirements.
• Coordinate internally for costing, technical information and delivery confirmation.
• Receive and check customer Purchase Orders against quotations and agreed requirements.
• Identify discrepancies in pricing, quantities or delivery requirements before processing.
• Enter and maintain customer orders in the ERP and internal systems.
• Prepare order acknowledgements and related sales documentation.
• Monitor open orders and follow up on production and delivery status.
• Provide customers with routine order and delivery updates.
• Highlight delays or unresolved issues early.
• Maintain accurate customer, quotation and order records.
• Assist with customer portals and commercial documentation.
• Support routine payment and customer account follow-up.

We are looking for a Sales Support Executive to manage the day-to-day coordination of customer enquiries, quotations and orders. The role focuses on ensuring customer requirements are properly followed through, orders are accurately processed and outstanding actions are not left unattended.

Responsibilities

• Receive and review customer enquiries and RFQs.
