Job summary

EA Recruitment Pte. Ltd. is a multinational company located in the West (Toh Guan area) of Singapore.

The role offers a basic salary of SGD 3,000–3,200 with AWS and a variable bonus, and standard welfare and career progression opportunities. Working hours are 8:30am–5:30pm, Monday to Friday, with on-site duties in a sales support environment. You will support quotations, sales orders, document control, customer liaison, and assist in contract preparation and payment collection, while

Qualifications

Diploma in Business Studies or Office Administration.
1–2 years' sales support experience in the service industry related to industrial/building products.

Responsibilities

Prepare and follow up on quotations and process sales orders.
Distribute work orders to departments and archive sales files.
Assist in collecting down payments when required.
Assist to prepare security designs on floor plans per customer requirements.
Circulate maintenance contracts to executives and remind during weekly meetings.
Expedite purchase orders from customers when needed.
Handle vendor approval forms or customer portal setups.
Prepare sales performance and quotation summary reports.
Circulate notifications/news and build rapport with customers.
