Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is recruiting for an administrative role supporting the sales team at our Gul Circle location in Singapore. The position offers a basic salary up to SGD 2,700 with AWS and a variable bonus, plus excellent welfare and career progression.

Working hours are 8:15am to 5:15pm, Monday to Friday, with company transport provided. You will handle customer inquiries, prepare quotations, process orders, and assist customers at the counter, contributing to sales performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum O level qualification with 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the sales department.
• Handle urgent calls, emails and messages from customers.
• Process incoming orders with sales reps by verifying prices, discounts, product numbers and stock before generating sales orders.
• Prepare quotations.
• Attend to walk-in customers.
• Update on commercial team sales revenue based on data from accounts.
• Follow up with key customers on after-sales matters with the sales department head.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
