Job summary

EA RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Sales Support and Administrative role in a multinational company located in the West (Toh Guan area).

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm, with responsibilities spanning quotations, sales orders, filing, and coordinating with internal departments to keep information accurate. You will also assist credit control by following up on payments, support customer service activities, collect market feedback, and help in campaigns or

Qualifications

• Possess minimum Diploma in Business Studies / Office Administration with minimum 1 to 2 years' working experience in sales support role in the service industry relating to industrial products or building industry

Responsibilities

• Sales Support & Administrative functions: Preparation, follow up on quotations and processing of sales orders; distribution of work orders to departments; assist in collecting down payment; prepare floor plan security design; circulation of maintenance contracts; expedite POs; vendor/CST portal setup; prepare sales performance reports; monthly quotation summaries; circulate notifications/news; contact customers for rapport and feedback; prepare service agreements for system commissioning.
