Job summary

Flintex Consulting Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive Sales Support professional to assist air and sea freight quotation requests, coordinate with clients globally and help drive revenue.

You will prepare quotations, follow up on sales matters, manage weekly and monthly reports, process debit/credit notes, and work closely with the Outdoor Sales Team while delivering excellent communication and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Written and oral communication in English.
• Organized, meticulous and sense of urgency.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Exposure to customer service or sales support role is a plus.
• Ability to cope independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication skills, intermediate Excel proficiency.
• With experience in sales support, customer service or logistics will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day air and sea freight sales quotation enquiries via phone and email.
• Prepare quotations and follow up on sales matters.
• Manage weekly and monthly data and reports.
• Process debit and credit notes to ensure smooth payments.
• Coordinate with customers and colleagues worldwide.
• Aim to meet monthly revenue KPIs.
• Work with Outdoor Sales Team to develop opportunities.
• Provide excellent communication and customer service when interacting with customers.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage day to day (Air freight & Sea freight) sales quotation enquiries via phone, email
• Preparation of quotations and conducting close follow-up relevant to Sales matter
• Manage weekly, monthly data and reports
• Process debit / credit notes for smooth payment
• Provide supportive communication with customers and coordinate with colleagues worldwide
• Reaching to meet monthly target Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) revenue goals
• Work alongside with Outdoor Sales Team to develop Sales business opportunities
• Excellent oral communication and best approach customer service qualities when interacting with consumers
