Job summary

JIT FASHION SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a dynamic Retail Sales Lead to drive in-store performance.

You will oversee customer service, promote products, and ensure displays are neat while coordinating stock with the warehouse. You will train and motivate a team of sales staff, set up promotional events, and identify new retail distribution opportunities, working retail hours including weekends. • Diploma or degree in Marketing, commerce or related field.
• Retail sales and merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willing to work retail hours and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service

• Replenish stock at display counters
• Set up for promotional events
