Job summary

UNITED PERSONNEL SERVICES is seeking a logistics operations professional in Singapore to manage end-to-end freight bookings, coordinate with freight forwarders, and ensure shipment tracking and compliance with Incoterms.

The role requires 5–8 years in logistics or trade operations, proficiency in MS Office, and willingness to travel overseas. Singaporean applicants only; on-site work at central location.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in logistics, supply chain, or related field.
• 5 to 8 years' experience in logistics or trade operations.
• Knowledge of Incoterms 2020, cargo insurance and claims.
• Proficient in MS Office; SAP Hana experience is an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Willing to travel overseas occasionally.
• Singaporean only need apply.
