Job summary

PACIFIC TECH PTE. LTD. is seeking a dedicated sales representative in Singapore to handle customer inquiries and manage the sales order process. The role involves preparing quotations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring timely order fulfillment while meeting sales targets.

Ideal candidates will have a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills, able to thrive under pressure and work both independently and collaboratively. An N-Level or equivalent is required, and experience with Business Central is a plus.

Job Description:

1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues;
2. Prepare quotations, includes negotiating prices, terms, and conditions with customers, and closing deals to drive revenue growth;
3. Work closely with other teams, such as marketing, product, and logistics, to ensure alignment and maximize sales opportunities;
4. Manage the sales order process, ensuring accurate and timely order fulfillment, and resolving any issues that may arise;
5. Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, contributing to overall revenue growth; and
6. Any other sales-related duties assigned.

Job Requirements:

• N-Level or equivalent
