Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a customer-facing role to manage inquiries, prepare quotations, and drive orders from enquiry to installation. You will work with customers, sales, installers and production teams to ensure smooth project progression.

The ideal candidate is organised, proactive and comfortable handling multiple projects, with strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace. This is a fast-paced Singapore-based role with growth potential.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries via WhatsApp, phone, walk-ins and other channels
• Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries
• Understand customer requirements and recommend door solutions
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Follow up to convert enquiries into orders
• Coordinate sales and project process from quotation to order creation
• Prepare order forms, job sheets and production instructions
• Capture accurate product specifications, finishes and hardware
• Coordinate orders with production team and monitor progress

About the role

You will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, preparing quotations, following up on sales opportunities and coordinating confirmed orders with internal teams. You will work closely with customers, sales, installers and the production/manufacturing team to ensure that every project progresses smoothly from enquiry through to completion. The ideal candidate should be organised, proactive and comfortable handling multiple projects at the same time.

Key responsibilities

• Manage customer enquiries through WhatsApp, phone calls, walk-ins and other communication channels
• Respond to customer enquiries promptly and professionally
• Understand customers' requirements and recommend suitable door solutions
• Prepare and follow up on quotations
• Proactively follow up with customers and convert enquiries into confirmed orders
• Coordinate the entire sales and project process from quotation to order creation
• Prepare accurate order forms, job sheets and production instructions
• Ensure product specifications, measurements, finishes, colours, hardware and accessories are accurately captured
• Coordinate confirmed orders with the production/manufacturing team and follow up on production progress
• Coordinate with installers and relevant parties for site measurements, delivery and installation
