Job summary

Concentrix is seeking a highly collaborative Sales Program Manager to support our APJ Sales Manager and regional SDR/AE teams. This role drives process excellence, operational efficiency, and sales productivity across the revenue funnel, with a focus on standardizing APJ-wide motions and leading regional programs.

The role requires strong program management, CRM proficiency (Salesforce), and the ability to translate problems into scalable processes in a fast-moving environment.

Qualifications

• 4–7+ years in Sales Operations, Sales Programs, Revenue Operations, or similar roles.
• Strong experience enabling SDR and/or AE sales teams.
• Translate problems into processes and drive measurable improvements.
• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Competent in CRM (Salesforce), sales engagement tools, and analytics platforms.
• Highly collaborative and able to work cross-functionally in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Direct support to the Sales Manager and team.
• Operationalize strategy and improve team performance for APJ region.
• Manage weekly sales rhythms (WBRs, MBRs, QBRs, pipeline reviews).
• Improve SDR and AE productivity through optimized workflows and tools.
• Act as the liaison between sales and internal teams to remove blockers.
• Map and improve end-to-end sales processes and handoffs.
• Lead change-management for new processes, tools, and systems.
• Standardize APJ-wide sales motions and ensure consistent execution.
• Design and launch regional programs to boost pipeline and conversions.
